Jacob is the owner of New South Property Solutions and has been investing in NC and SC real estate since 2006, he specializes in rental portfolios and flips. He lives with his beautiful wife and two children.

Operations Manager

Darya has been working in the real estate industry for the past 12 years. She started as a transaction coordinator, and over the years, she has gained a wealth of experience in various areas of the business, including buyer agency, seller agency, REO sales, foreclosures, short sales, and fix and flips.Throughout her career, Darya has had the opportunity to work with investors and gain a deep understanding of their needs and expectations. Today, Darya is an operations manager at New South Property Solutions and a licensed agent in NC and SC. She is passionate about bringing value to her team and clients.When Darya is not working, she loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, and her dog. She is an avid traveler and enjoys exploring new places, but her most favorite destination is the mountains, where she can reconnect with nature.

Brandon has been involved in Real Estate professionally for the past 15 years. Michael, a Rhode Island native moved to the south in 2006 and started investing in real estate within the Atlanta market during the last market downturn. Michael and his team were able to acquire over 250 properties during that time. Since then, Michael has been a staple in the regional real estate market placing in the top 15% of agents for the last five years. Seeing his opportunity for growth Michael joined the New South Property Solutions team as a disposition specialist. Michael’s goal is to foster personal relationships with area investors providing the highest return on investment for his clients. Frequently Asked Questions

We often get asked by people reaching out to us online, or calling in off one of our flyers “are you going to low-ball me for my house?” This is a common concern. Aside from asking you to check out our reviews page all I can do is assure you that we are not in the business of giving low-ball offers to our sellers. We try and give them as much money as we possibly can, and typically show them on an appointment (once we’ve been able to see the house and extent of renovations), how we reached our offer price. This way, you know exactly how we reached our numbers. The great thing about working with a company that does a higher volume of house buying is 1) you can feel assured we will not have issues with financing, and 2) because we do a higher volume, we can usually get our cost of repairs down, meaning – we can offer more for your home or rental property!

The other common concern we hear is “is this a scam”? Believe it or not, you can buy or sell a house without a real estate agent. Talk to your lawyer, but everything we do is documented and goes through a lawyer’s office to close the transaction. We provide you with a standard Purchase and Sale Agreement, and on closing, keys and money get exchanged between our lawyer and your lawyer. People we work with are often surprised at how simple the process actually is.
